Dr. Pat Francis started a School of Ministry in 1994 with over 400 students with a passionate quest to learn more about Jesus, the Bible, Ministry and how to be an ambassador for Christ in the marketplace.  

Since then, the institute enhanced and expanded its theological education with a view towards preparing believers for effective Christian life in their calling in ministry, career, business, and successful leadership.  

CLI eventually established its Head Office in America as a member of the Accrediting Commission International with hundreds of schools in eight countries and five continents, operating in 38 states of America, to grant diploma and degrees to our purpose-driven and qualified students.
